10-Year-Old Girl Killed and 6 Others Injured in Queens Car Accident

August 17, 2011 – Queens, New York – According to a report from My Fox New York, a 10-year-old girl from Australia was killed and 6 other people were injured in a 2-vehicle car accident in Queens.  The fatal car accident occurred late Sunday, August 7th, at 31 Street and 34th Avenue. A GMC mini van and Nissan Sentra collided at the intersection. Police are still investigating the reason behind the car accident.  Sabrina Mangos, 10, of Tennyson, Australia, was taken to Astoria General Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
