June 17, 2011 – Brooklyn, New York – The New York Daily News reports that a hit and run in Brooklyn has seriously injured an MTA worker, Edward (James) Washington, 51, was struck by a white Jaguar on Atlantic Avenue, near Franklin Ave. in Bedford-Stuyvesant on Sunday, June 5 at approximately 9:10 p.m.  He was taken to Kings County Hospital with serious injuries.
