November 28, 2011 – Queens, N.Y. – According to a report from Eyewitness News WABC-TV, a hit and run accident leaves 3 men injured. The hit and run accident occurred on Sunday morning, Nov. 20, just outside a club in Astoria at about 4 a.m. When police arrived at the scene they learned that an argument had taken place right before the incident occurred. It’s not clear if the driver, who struck the men and fled the scene of the accident, was somehow connected to the fight outside the club. Police are still looking for the driver and asking anyone with information to contact them. The victims related to the hit and run were transported to Elmhurst Hospital. At this time there’s no further information on their conditions. When you or a loved one has been seriously injured in a hit and run, you may be wondering if you have any legal recourse. You should speak to your Queens pedestrian accident attorney to learn what options may be available.
