Police Officers Hurt When Vehicle Flips after New York Car Crash

June 29, 2011 – Queens, New York – According to a report from Eyewitness News WABC-TV New York, 2 New York City police officers were hurt when their vehicle flipped after a crash with another car.  The car crash took place on Sunday, June 19, just before 5 p.m. on 67th Avenue in Fresh Meadows.  The police officers were responding to a call from an off-duty officer who requested help when they crashed into a car being driven by a teenager. The officer lost control of their car and crashed, flipping the vehicle onto its roof.  The teenage driver was not seriously hurt and the car crash is still being investigated.  When you have been seriously injured in a car crash that was the result of someone else’s negligence, you may be entitled to compensation for your injuries.
