School Bus Hits and Kills Pedestrian in the Bronx

December 12, 2011 – Bronx, N.Y. – According to My Fox NY, a school bus hit and killed a man while he was walking in the Bronx.  The fatal pedestrian accident happened on Tuesday morning, Dec. 6, on Broadway and Moshulu Avenue, in North Riverdale.  Milo Montivilla, 57, of the Bronx, was crossing Moshulu Avenue, when he was struck by a private yellow school bus. He was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital for treatment but later died.  The driver of the school bus remained at the scene of the accident. No children were on board the bus when the accident occurred.
